About Turnaround and us
We started as an advisory for European buyers interested in Canadian companies and investments. The President of the company, originally from England decided to develop into the Canadian market as she had experience previously. We have applied the identical model from England to the Turnaround Group.
The company's key executives have background in business development, strategy planning and environmental sciences. With combined experience of more than 30 years and successful operations in Europe, the team started to work with Canadian businesses.
Business in Progress
The Turnaround Group applied its model to small Canadian businesses developing them into viable opportunities to expand into larger operations. We focused on businesses with sole proprietors or individual partnerships rather than publicly owned companies as it allows closer observation to assess results.
